Job summary

Quechan Casino Resort is seeking an skilled HVAC Technician to maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems across our casino, hotel, and facilities. You will diagnose issues, perform installations, and ensure comfort and safety for guests and staff in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, HVAC and EPA 608 certifications, 3+ years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read blueprints and operate in a casino setting with

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • HVAC Certification required; EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal).
  • Three or more years of HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair experience.
  • Must have valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with digital controls.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 casino environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.
  • Tribal preference given to qualified enrolled tribal members.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems throughout the casino, hotel, and associated facilities.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including their electrical and mechanical components.
