Job summary

Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain and repair casino HVAC and kitchen equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and respond quickly to emergencies to ensure guest and staff comfort.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, boilers, chillers, and controls, with a focus on safety and efficiency. This is a full-time on-site position on the Navajo Nation reservation, with opportunities for skill

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years HVAC service experience.
• HVAC journeyman license or certification preferred.
• Commercial kitchen service repair experience preferred.
• Must provide own tools; valid driver''s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform monthly preventive maintenance on HVAC and kitchen equipment.
• Inspect and repair casino HVAC/R systems including RTUs, VAV, chillers, and related components.
• Respond to emergencies to maintain guest and employee comfort.
• Order parts and maintain service records; follow safety procedures while working with high voltage.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for HVAC and kitchen equipment repairs.
• Maintain inventory and complete work orders promptly to avoid service disruption.
