Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment and distribution systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Respond to service requests and minimize downtime.
• Maintain space air pressure, temperature and humidity per ASHRAE/FGI.
• Utilize CMMS to develop and execute preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform corrective maintenance with urgency to support patient experience.
