Qualifications

• 1–5 years of work experience in building automation or related field.
• Knowledge of building automation systems.
• Experience with LON, BACnet and Modbus communications.
• Understanding of sequences of operations for boilers, chillers, AHUs, electrical equipment, motors, and other HVAC equipment.
• Experience with major control brands: Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Distech, Siemens, Andover, Delta, or Schneider.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient with Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC controls at customer facilities.
• Service and preventative maintenance on assigned customer contracts.
• Inform management and customers of job progress and issues.
• Research and learn various controls systems as instructed.
• Occasionally work with third-party contractors to accomplish common goals.
• Adhere to all active company safety policies.
• Complete timecards and trip reports promptly utilizing company software.
• Other duties as assigned.
