Job summary

Gunnison County is seeking an HVAC technician to operate, maintain, repair, and install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and related building systems. You will serve as a technical resource for HVAC, mechanical, and control-related issues and support building maintenance.

The role requires EPA 608 Certification, a high school diploma or GED, and completion of HVAC training or apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• HVAC repair and maintenance experience required.
• Building automation systems knowledge preferred.
• EPA 608 universal refrigerant certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, repair, install and adjust HVAC and related building systems.
