Trane Technologies invites you to join a four-year, nationally registered HVAC Technician Apprenticeship Program (TAP). You will assist seasoned technicians in installation and repair of environmental control systems at customer sites, gaining access to training, mentorship, and paid instruction time.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on learning, and career progression, with opportunities for advancement to HVAC Service Technician upon program completion.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for 12 months, with no major traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old on day 1.
• Technical school certificates not required but considered for proficiency and starting pay.

Responsibilities

• Assist seasoned Service Technicians in installation and repair of environmental control systems.
• Collaborate with supervising field technician, project manager and customers to understand on-site requirements.
• Use software, hand-tools and blueprints to diagnose and repair units.
• Maintain safety standards and accountability for company assets.
