Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an HVAC Technician Apprentice to support installation and repair of environmental control systems at customer sites. This field-based role provides hands-on learning with cutting-edge technology at a leading manufacturer.

No industry experience is required. A high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, and hold a valid driver’s license for 12 months with a clean record.

Compensation is hourly: $15.07–$45.21, with benefits starting on day one.

Responsibilities

• Service products, equipment and systems at customer locations, diagnosing and planning repairs.
• Collaborate with field technicians and customers to understand on-site installation requirements.
• Use blueprints/engineering specifications and tools to diagnose and repair units.
• Maintain safety and security of company assets on-site.
