Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an HVAC Technician Apprentice to support installation and repair of environmental control systems at customer locations. You will learn from seasoned technicians and participate in a four-year TAP apprenticeship with paid instruction.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required.
• HVAC training or formal HVAC experience not required but will be considered for proficiency level and starting pay.
• Must be at least 18 years old on day 1.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license for 12+ months with no major violations in 3 years.
• Strong desire to learn a trade and directly impact the world around you.

Responsibilities

• Assist seasoned Service Technicians in installation and repair of HVAC systems at customer sites.
• Collaborate with field technicians, project managers, and customers to clarify on-site requirements.
• Use blueprints, engineering specifications, and tools to diagnose and repair units.
• Maintain safety and accountability for company equipment and assets.
