Compensation

• $25–$45 per hour (based on experience)
• Overtime available
• Year‑round, full‑time work

• Second shift available – no on‑call required
• Up to $6,000 sign‑on bonus

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems (residential & commercial)
• Work on A/C, heat pumps, ductless, oil & gas systems
• Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot efficiently
• Run service calls independently from a fully stocked take‑home truck
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
• Use iPad & iPhone for digital dispatching (no paperwork headaches)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (required)
• Universal EPA Certification (required)
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Clean, valid driver’s license (no DWIs)
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics/crawlspaces
