Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking an experienced Industrial HVAC Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The role suits a self‑sufficient technician who diagnoses problems accurately and delivers safe, high‑quality work.

Responsibilities include servicing rooftops, boilers, chillers, pumps, and related controls, performing preventive maintenance, and reading wiring diagrams. OSHA safety compliance and on‑call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, or large commercial systems preferred.
• EPA Section 608 certification required.

• Participate in an on‑call rotation when required

Position Overview

The Industrial HVAC Technician will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC and mechanical systems. This position is ideal for a technician who works independently, diagnoses problems accurately, and takes pride in completing safe, high-quality work.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control-system issues
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals

• OSHA, NATE, HVAC Excellence, or manufacturer certifications are a plus
