Spinnaker Resorts seeks a Maintenance Technician 2 to perform skilled work in installing, operating, maintaining, servicing and repairing mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. You will refurbish units and monitor heating and cooling performance, ensuring systems comply with safety and regulatory procedures.

The Maintenance Technician 2 performs skilled work in the installation, operation, maintenance, modification, service and repair of mechanical, electrical, ventilation, plumbing air conditioning/heating (HVAC) systems as well as the refurbishment of units. Monitors the performance and provides preventive maintenance for heating, cooling and related systems. Troubleshoots problems and makes required repairs, when necessary. Works to the requirements of company, local, State and Federal required procedures.
PhysicalDemands:
Whileperforming the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear and frequently required to climb stairs/ladders; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; smell. The employee must frequently lift, push, pull and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities usually required by this job include close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus; to travel to other locations using private or company transportation. The employee can be required to stand 100% of the shift.
Working Conditions:
Fulltime position (8.5-hour day with minimum 30-minute break).
Various work schedules include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Occasional overtime may be requested
