• Five+ years or better in trade.

• Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines pressures.
• Must be able to maintain high levels of confidence.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC/REF. Technicians in maintaining and repairing all existing air conditioning, heating and refrigeration equipment for the property.
• Report to work timely, in proper uniform and appearance and maintain standard throughout the shift.
• Maintain a schedule of preventative maintenance on all HVAC/REF. equipment.
• Install or assist HVAC/REF. technicians and outside contractors on larger installation projects.
• Assist on maintenance service contracts and respond to thermostat changes for various departments requests.
• Work around electrical, water and gas feed lines and ensure safety protocols.
• Maintain an orderly preventive maintenance schedule in casino, restaurants, kitchens, and hotel areas.
• Attend and complete internal training courses and requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• To assist HVAC/ REF. Technicians in maintaining and repairing all existing air conditioning, heating and refrigeration equipment including exhaust fans and evaporative equipment for the entire property.
• Report to work timely, in proper uniform and appearance and maintain standard throughout the assigned shift.
• Must be capable of maintaining a schedules preventative on all HVAC/REF. equipment.
• Have basic knowledge of the following skills.
• Work efficiently and safely with all hand and power tools.
• To install or assist HVAC/REF. technicians and outside contractors on larger installation projects.
• To assist HVAC/REF. technicians outside contractors on maintenance service contracts.
• To respond to thermostat changes for various departments requests.
• Work around electrical and water and gas feed lines.
• Maintain an orderly schedule of preventative maintenance in casino, restaurants, kitchens, and hotel areas.
• Respond promptly to needs of company.
• Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions and exposure of shift supervisor.
• Attending and successfully completing all internal training courses and requirements.
