The HVAC Technician – Commercial HVAC is a journey-level technician responsible for skilled installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role performs complex technical tasks with minimal supervision and ensures equipment reliability and efficiency across campus/commercial facilities. The Technician III is expected to demonstrate strong diagnostic ability, solid understanding of HVAC systems, and consistent, high-quality workmanship.
