Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HVAC and refrigeration experience; commercial experience preferred.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is beneficial.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment including air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, and reheat coils.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems for optimal performance and comfort.
• Manage work orders using Corrigo, perform preventative maintenance, and check system pressures and voltages.
• Assist with limited support on new installation projects and maintain accurate system documentation.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as replacing lighting, moving equipment, and supporting vendor management.

As a HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance support department supporting the operational efficiency of multiple buildings. Pay Range: $34/hour

Shift: 8am-4:30pm

What's the Job?
