Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an HVAC Repair Technician in Westminster, MD to join our maintenance team. You will assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and overhauling HVAC equipment while supporting fellow technicians in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 0-2 years of relevant HVAC experience, and strong mechanical aptitude. You will contribute to safe, efficient operations and quality outcomes on our equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, or overhauling HVAC equipment.

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Provide support and assistance to other technicians and team members as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment in compliance with company policies.

Pay Range: $20.55 per hour
