Helping Hands is a Madison, Wisconsin-based electrical contractor expanding into residential HVAC. This hands-on field position leads installations and service work with room to grow into a long-term leadership role as the division scales.

Work is local and in-person, with weekly pay and bonus opportunities. The role requires a valid Wisconsin HVAC license or eligibility, 4+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to specifications and code
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs so systems run properly
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems on service calls
• Communicate clearly with clients and office staff
• Work with the team to finish projects safely
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements

• Valid Wisconsin HVAC license, or eligibility to act as a business qualifier
• 4 or more years of hands-on residential HVAC experience
• HVAC/R experience of 3 or more years is preferred
• Strong diagnostic and installation skills
• Knowledge of local codes and permitting
• Able to work independently and lead jobs
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• EPA 608 certification
• HVAC qualifier status is a plus
