Work is local and in-person, with weekly pay and bonus opportunities. The role requires a valid Wisconsin HVAC license or eligibility, 4+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin HVAC license or eligibility to act as a business qualifier
• 4+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience
• EPA 608 certification
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• HVAC qualifier status is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems to specifications and code
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems on service calls
• Communicate with clients and office staff
• Work with the team to finish projects safely
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
