Divine Energy Solutions Inc in Dover, NJ is seeking a lead HVAC/Plumbing technician to manage the job site and act as the on-site point of contact with customers on residential retrofit and new construction projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC/Plumbing, owns hand tools, and can solder refrigeration piping and sheet metal, retrofit installations, boiler and hot water heater work, and supervise sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC/Plumbing industry.
• Must have own hand tools. (Power tools provided).
• Experience soldering refrigeration piping and sheet metal installation.
• Retrofit installations experience.
• Boiler installations experience.
• HW/HW installations experience.
• Ability to oversee job sites.
• Physically fit and punctual.
• Team-oriented with ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC/Plumbing installations and manage the job site.
• Act as on-site point of contact with customers.
• Coordinate residential retrofit and new construction installs.

Salary Range: $30.00 To $40.00 Hourly

Our Company is seeking a lead HVAC/Plumbing technician that can manage the job site and act as the on-site point of contact with the customer. We do a large number of residential installations, mostly retrofit as well as new construction. Most installs on the HVAC side consist of split systems, ductless systems, ERVs, HRVs, both standard efficiency and high efficiency. On the plumbing side, we install wall mount boilers, steam boilers, hot water boilers, all types of hot water heaters, both standard and high efficiency. Troubleshooting experience is required.

The ideal installer will have the following skillset:

• 1. MINIMUM of 5 Years experience in HVAC/Plumbing industry.
• 2. Have your own hand tools. (Power tools provided).
• 4. Soldering refrigeration piping and sheet metal installation.
• 6. Retrofit installations.
• 7. Boiler installations.
• 8. H.W.H. installations.
• 10. Work as a team member.
• 11. Ability to follow directions and complete tasks.
• 12. Good attitude and punctuality.
• 13. Physically fit.
• 14. Oversee job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday

Overtime: Potential for weekend/on call work
