Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a growing, full-service residential plumbing, heating, air and electrical company with service across NJ, PA and DE. We offer year-round work and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an HVAC installation professional with at least 2 years of experience who can design duct systems, ensure code compliance, and maintain excellent customer communication on every job site.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience with installation and service.
• Design duct systems for comfort and efficiency.
• Working knowledge of city codes.
• Provide excellent customer service on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Skilled at every aspect of the replacement of HVAC Systems.
• Maintain rapport with customers and explain work to be performed.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Responsible for training installation technicians on the job.
• Ability to work overtime and on weekends.

Job description

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a growing, full-service residential plumbing, heating, air and electrical company located in NJ, PA and DE. Locally-owned and operated, our team provides homeowners in the Tri-State with 5-star residential home services, all delivered through a proven, customer-focused service system.

Rate: $20/hr - $27/hr

Experience:

• HVAC: 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Skilled at every aspect of the replacement of HVAC Systems


• Working knowledge of city codes


• Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency


• Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details or work being performed and educate on use of new system(s)


• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)


• Responsible for training installation technicians on the job


• Ability to work overtime and on weekends

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude


• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather


• Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders


• Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image
