Haddad Plumbing & Heating Inc. seeks an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team.

The HVAC Installer will install, replace, and commission commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ensuring work complies with project specs, manufacturer guidelines, and codes. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, installing ductwork, piping, and equipment, coordinating with project managers, testing systems, and maintaining safe, organized job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred).
• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Experience installing commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, and ventilation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills during installation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to producing high‑quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, package units, air handlers, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems.
• Install ductwork, refrigeration piping, gas piping, condensate drains, and associated HVAC components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specifications.
• Assemble, install, and secure HVAC equipment according to manufacturer recommendations and company standards.
• Test newly installed equipment to verify proper operation and performance.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and communicate project updates as needed.
• Deliver and transport equipment and materials to job sites when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Use and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as prescribed by the company.

$20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with Saturdays as needed based on project requirements.
