Job summary

The A/C Ductologist in Columbus, Kansas is seeking an HVAC Tech to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of various AC units, including mini-split and larger systems. This role requires troubleshooting, effective communication with clients, and the ability to read blueprints. Qualifications

We are currently searching for HVAC Techs. If you are looking to find a home where you can grow and will not be just a number, you can stop searching. The A/C Ductologist is a growing company that specializes in commercial construction including but not limited to:

• Installation, Maintenance, Startup, and service of AC Units from Mini Split to 25-ton Units. Including VRF and VRV systems.
• Installation of Copper Lines for HVAC and Refrigeration.
• Installation and termination of Low Voltage wiring for thermostats, sensors, smoke detectors, etc.

Must be able to:

• Layout and Install Hangers for Copper
• Braze and Solder Copper
• Troubleshoot (do not be scared to call Tech Support when needed)
• Wire in AC Units (Wiring smoke detectors is a must, but we will train)
• Read Blueprints, Schematics, and Diagrams
• Work on a Construction site (Safety is always first)
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem‑solving skills
• Effective Communication with clients, GC’s, and team members
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Available for on‑call rotation
