Job summary

Prodigy Heating & Air LLC in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You will install, service and repair residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring customer comfort and system reliability.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication to clearly explain repairs and options to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HVAC or related fields.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Physically capable of standing long periods, walking and climbing ladders.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Basic Math Skills.
• Must meet short deadlines with variable hours when project requires.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an HVAC service Technician to join our team! You will install, service and repair heating and air conditioning systems

Responsibilities include:

• Service new & old heating, ventilation and air condition systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate and timely manner
• Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Reports to the Lead Installer and Owner
• Take home Truck may be available
