Regency Oaks in Clearwater, FL is seeking a hospitality-focused HVAC Technician to join our team. You will support HVAC needs across the community and maintain equipment to ensure resident comfort.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in senior living or similar environments, EPA universal + HVAC certifications, and strong verbal/written communication. Compensation includes benefits, paid training, and a standard 40-hour work week.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in a senior living, hotel, or similar setting.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and preventative service experience.
• EPA universal certification.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior living, hotel or similar work preferred.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and preventative service experience.
• EPA universal certification
• HVAC Certified

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with staff and managers.
• Demonstrate detail and accuracy

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to sit, stand and walk throughout the building and grounds as needed throughout the day; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Good visual and hearing acuity required; good verbal communication skills required. Must be able to speak English.

Work Schedule: Monday -Friday 40 hours, 8 hours per day

Salary: Starting at $22.00 per hour - experienced based compensation
