Job summary

Regency Oaks is seeking a hospitality-focused HVAC Technician to support our senior living community. This role involves diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues, performing preventative maintenance, and coordinating with staff to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Qualified candidates will have EPA universal and HVAC certifications, 3+ years in similar settings, and strong communication skills. The position is on-site, with a Monday–Friday schedule and starting pay of $22 per hour, with

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior living, hotel or similar setting.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and preventative service experience.
• EPA universal certification and HVAC certification.
• Ability to use a ticketing system and communicate effectively.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to sit, stand and walk throughout the building and grounds as needed throughout the day; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Good visual and hearing acuity required; good verbal communication skills required. Must be able to speak English.

Work Schedule: Monday -Friday 40 hours, 8 hours per day

Salary: Starting at $22.00 per hour - experienced based compensation
