Job summary

Regency Oaks is seeking a hospitality-focused HVAC Technician to support our upscale senior living community by maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC systems across the campus.

Qualified candidates should have EPA universal certification, HVAC certification, and at least 3 years of experience in senior living or hotel settings, with strong communication skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours; starting pay is $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a senior living, hotel or similar setting.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and preventative service experience.
• EPA universal certification and HVAC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and provide support for HVAC needs in the community.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems to ensure resident comfort.
• Train and develop staff on HVAC procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior living, hotel or similar work preferred.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and preventative service experience.
• EPA universal certification
• HVAC Certified
• Ability to use a ticketing system.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with staff and managers.
• Demonstrate detail and accuracy

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to sit, stand and walk throughout the building and grounds as needed throughout the day; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Good visual and hearing acuity required; good verbal communication skills required. Must be able to speak English.

Work Schedule: Monday -Friday 40 hours, 8 hours per day

Salary: Starting at $22.00 per hour - experienced based compensation
