Job summary

Colleton River Club in Bluffton, SC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team. You’ll be the go-to expert for keeping heating, cooling, refrigeration, and mechanical systems running smoothly across the property.

You’ll troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC systems, maintain refrigeration equipment, service ice machines, and assist with other facility systems as needed while managing work orders on a mobile system.

Qualifications

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Active EPA certification.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC systems, including heat pumps and chillers.
• Maintain refrigeration equipment, coolers, freezers, and compressors.
• Service and maintain ice machines.
• Assist with pool heaters and other facility systems as needed.
• Manage and complete work orders using a mobile system.
• Spot problems, take initiative, and fix issues promptly.
• Work independently while contributing to a team that keeps the property running.

Are you the person everyone calls when the AC isn't working? We want you on our team.

Colleton River Club is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team. You’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our heating, cooling, refrigeration, and mechanical systems running smoothly across the property.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC systems, including heat pumps, split systems, cooling towers, chillers, and building automation systems.
• Maintain refrigeration equipment, coolers, freezers, compressors, condensers, fans, and coils.
• Service and maintain ice machines.
• Assist with pool heaters, plumbing, drinking fountain chillers, and other facility systems when needed.
• Manage and complete work orders using a mobile work-order system.
• Spot problems, take initiative, and fix things before they become bigger problems.
• Work independently while being part of a team that takes pride in keeping the property running at its best.

What You Bring

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Active EPA certification
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• A dependable, get-it-done attitude
• Ability to safely work from ladders and lift up to 75lbs.
