Job summary

AER SYSTEMS is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, service, or repair heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings. The role requires EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and hands-on experience with chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini split systems.

You will work with a team to deliver reliable customer service, maintain high standards of workmanship, and contribute to ongoing maintenance and system optimization projects.

Qualifications

• Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education.
• EPA Certification
• Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini split systems
• Valid Drivers License

Responsibilities

• Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts, or refilling non-toxic refrigerants
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
• Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
