Job summary

Colleton River Club is seeking an HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team. You’ll troubleshoot, service, and repair heating, cooling, refrigeration, and mechanical systems across the property.

Requirements include HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. This is a full-time role in Bluffton, SC with a focus on keeping the private club's systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Active EPA certification.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• A dependable, get-it-done attitude.
• Ability to safely work from ladders and lift up to 75lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC systems, including heat pumps, split systems, cooling towers, chillers, and building automation systems.
• Maintain refrigeration equipment, coolers, freezers, compressors, condensers, fans, and coils.
• Service and maintain ice machines.
• Assist with pool heaters, plumbing, drinking fountain chillers, and other facility systems when needed.
• Manage and complete work orders using a mobile work-order system.
• Spot problems, take initiative, and fix things before they become bigger problems.
• Work independently while being part of a team that keeps the property running at its best.

Colleton River Club is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team. You’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our heating, cooling, refrigeration, and mechanical systems running smoothly across the property.
