Job summary

Auer Steel & Heating Supply Co. is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to work out of Neenah, WI or Madison, WI. This role provides post-sale support for HVAC equipment and assists customers with basic installation and troubleshooting questions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the installation and service of HVAC/R equipment.
• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills including Windows operating system.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic troubleshooting and installation assistance of HVAC/R equipment.
• Diagnose issues with refrigeration circuits, components, and controls to guide callers to the appropriate resolution.
• Provide technical documentation to contractors, engineers and other personnel.
• Document call information in the event additional follow-up is required.
• Conduct training classes on basic installation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are currently hiring a Technical Support Specialist to work out of one of our locations in Neenah, WI OR Madison, WI. This position is responsible for providing post sale customer support for the heating and cooling equipment that we sell.

WHAT DOES THIS POSITION DO?

• Provide basic troubleshooting and installation assistance of HVAC/R equipment.
