This is an onsite position and requires someone with strong hands-on HVAC knowledge who can diagnose problems remotely and clearly walk customers through solutions.Responsibilities* Provide HVAC technical support by phone, email, and chat* Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and system issues with customers and contractors* Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related problems* Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams* Assist with troubleshooting split systems and heat pumps* Guide technicians through diagnostic procedures and corrective actions* Answer questions regarding installation, operation, wiring, and equipment performance* Document technical support cases and resolutions* Work with internal departments to resolve complex technical issues* Provide professional customer service while handling technical callsRequirements* 3+ years of HVAC technical experience* Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills* Strong understanding of electrical components, wiring, controls, and schematics* Experience with split systems and heat pumps* Inverter-system experience highly preferred* Candidates without direct inverter experience should have a strong electrical/HVAC troubleshooting background* Ability to troubleshoot HVAC issues remotely and clearly explain technical solutions* Comfortable providing support over the phone and through digital support channels* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred* Strong communication and customer-service skills* Comfortable working onsiteThe JobSquad Solutions Team is made up of experts around the country.
