Qualifications

• 5+ years as a field technician or supervisor in HVAC.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues.
• MS Office proficiency; ServiceTitan experience a plus.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular technical training sessions and improve field performance.
• Evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and inspections.
• Manage callbacks and root-cause analysis to prevent repeats.
• Support large job sales with technical estimates and site visits.
• Track KPIs for quality and customer satisfaction and plan improvements.
• Mentor technicians and collaborate with Recruiting on hiring.
