Job summary

Airsys is seeking a Technical Services Specialist to independently manage complex technical support cases, warranty adjudications, and field commissioning oversight for mission-critical products. The role emphasizes diagnostic expertise, policy application, and continuous improvement across service teams.

Primary duties include on-site and remote support, documentation, and collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; HVAC controls training or equivalent field experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible technical-support or field-service experience.

Responsibilities

• Decide warranty claims and expedited replacements within established monetary limits.
• Analyze service data and recommend corrective actions to Engineering and R&D.
• Author and maintain technical documentation, bulletins, and training materials.
• Conduct on-site and customer training to certify technicians in Airsys procedures.
• Evaluate and improve service workflows and ERP data integrity.
