Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years HVAC technical experience.
• Strong understanding of split systems and heat pump operation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Professional customer communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide HVAC troubleshooting support via phone and ticketing system (Freshdesk).
• Analyze wiring diagrams, refrigeration circuits, and system performance.
• Interpret voltage, amperage, and pressure readings.
• Identify whether failures are related to installation, operation, or component defects.
• Document technical findings within internal systems.
• Record diagnostic readings and supporting information.
• Maintain clear and structured case documentation.
