Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is assisting a Suffolk-based HVAC solutions provider to recruit a Sales Engineer. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts and delivering technically tailored HVAC proposals.

You will build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, facilities managers and end users, conduct site visits, and provide expert technical support with progression towards senior leadership. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Experience in the HVAC / Refrigeration industry.
• Background in Technical Sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the HVAC market
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular client engagement
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, facilities managers and end users
• Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals and technical specifications
• Negotiate commercial agreements and secure profitable new business
