Jet Industries, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Superintendent to oversee construction projects across our team.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to define needs, schedule milestones, and plan construction processes while leading on-site teams to deliver safe, efficient results. The role requires five years of HVAC supervision experience, OSHA 30 certification, and the ability to read installation drawings.

Formación

• Five years of HVAC supervisor or similar experience.
• OSHA 30 certification for construction safety required.
• Ability to read installation drawings and follow specs.
• Clean driving record and valid license; English fluency required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, subcontractors to determine needs.
• Deliver projects within hours and milestones.
• Plan construction processes and supervise staff.
• Ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed.
• Order rental equipment and manage maintenance/replacement.
• Track site materials and submit weekly status reports.
• Lead on-site meetings with GC, subs, and client.

Essential Duties for HVAC Superintendent

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs
• Deliver the project within the allotted hours and scheduled completion milestones
• Plan construction processes
• Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
• Plan for inspections
• Implement safety and quality guidelines
• Order the appropriate rental equipment for the installation, and arrange for regular maintenance or replacement if required
• Keep track of the material/orders received on site
• Submit complete Status Reports weekly
• Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
• Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
• Able to conduct on-site meetings with GC, subcontractors, and client

Requirements for Superintendent

• Five years of previous experience as an HVAC superintendent or in a similar role
• OSHA 30 certification for construction safety
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
• Ability to read and understand installation drawings
• Certified for forklift/scissor lift/lull operation a plus
• In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lead and inspire multiple teams
• High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
