Job summary

AIRO Mechanical in Murfreesboro, TN, seeks an HVAC Superintendent to lead on-site HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

You will supervise technicians and subcontractors, coordinate resources, review plans, enforce codes, maintain daily reports, and communicate with clients to keep projects on track.

This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of HVAC systems, and a commitment to training and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven HVAC Superintendent experience in commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations in construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred.
• HVAC-related certifications and licenses are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
