Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems across construction projects.
• Work with commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, air handling units, and ductwork.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
• Diagnose system faults and carry out repairs to maintain optimal equipment performance.
• Assist with equipment start-up, system testing, commissioning, and performance checks.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to meet project schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Identify potential issues during installation and communicate solutions to the relevant project team.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any equipment issues.

Requirements
