Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking an Engineering Trainer for Commercial HVAC Applications to educate engineers, designers, and bid-spec professionals on Bosch light commercial rooftops, WSHP, and VRF systems. You will develop high-level technical training, support energy modeling, and align with ASHRAE and industry trends.

The role requires deep system design knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and up to 30% travel across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years HVAC industry experience with commercial design/applications.
Experience working with engineering firms and bid-spec processes.
Experience in training, application engineering, or specification-focused sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver technical presentations, seminars, and workshops for engineering firms and design professionals.
Create and maintain technical sales/design tools, including guides and BIM libraries.
Translate product features into design/applications benefits for specifications.
Deliver training on light commercial RTUs, VRF, WSHP, and related trends (electrification, low-GWP refrigerants).
Act as technical authority for Bosch commercial HVAC systems and support design communities.
