Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort seeks an Engineering Trainer - Commercial HVAC Applications in the United States. The role leads design-focused training for engineers, contractors, and bid-spec reps, advancing specification of Bosch, FHP, and Hitachi systems.

Travel up to 30% within US/Canada; requires 3-5 years HVAC experience, bachelor’s in engineering preferred, strong presentation skills, and fluency in English; will work with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to stay current on codes and energy

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HVAC industry experience with commercial system design.
• Experience working with engineering firms and bid-spec process.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high level technical presentations and workshops.
• Create and maintain technical sales and design tools library.
• Translate features into benefits for design/specification.
• Train on light commercial RTUs, WSHP, and VRF systems.
• Support specification community with energy modeling and specs.
