Job summary

The Engineering Trainer - Commercial HVAC Applications at Bosch USA will join the Home Comfort Factory Training team to educate specifying engineers, design-build contractors, and bid-spec reps on Bosch’s commercial HVAC portfolio. You will translate complex product features into practical design guidance and support market adoption of WSHP, VRF, and light commercial rooftops.

3–5+ years in HVAC industry with commercial system design experience.
Experience working with engineering firms and bid-spec processes.
Experience in technical training, application engineering, or specification-focused sales.

Develop and deliver technical presentations, seminars, and workshops for engineers and design professionals.
Create and maintain technical tools, guides, BIM objects, and master specifications.
Translate product features into design benefits for specification processes.
