Qualifications

• 5 or more years working in the HVAC industry.
• 5 years or more working in sales.
• Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong business relationships to drive business development.
• Follow up on sales leads, including calls, emails, or meetings with contractors.
• Complete regular site visits of potential or current projects to provide guidance.
• Cold calling potential new customers and building business relationships.
• Quote and sell preventative maintenance agreements.
• Complete quotes for equipment repair proposals and Turn Key Projects.
• Communicate regularly with inside and outside customers.
• All other duties assigned.
