Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of HVAC/Construction or related technical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety – toolbox talks, JSAs, MSDS sheets.
• Read submittals, communicate with project managers, GCs, and follow schedules.
• Perform layout and use manpower effectively.
• Keep material in front of crews and track hours.
• Attend meetings and provide daily reports.
• Four-week look ahead and preparation for fabrication shop take-offs.
• Hole penetrations in walls, floors, and roofs.
