Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience/education in HVAC, Construction or other technical field preferred.
• Ability to read submittals and communicate with project managers, GC, follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols: toolbox talks, JSAs, MSDS Sheets.
• Read submittals and communicate with project managers and GC.
• Perform layout and know the scope of work.
• Use manpower properly and track hours.
• Navigate a laptop and prepare daily reports.
