Position Overview:

As a Level I/Apprentice, you will assist in installations, maintenance, and support tasks while learning from experienced team members. This role is designed for individuals with less than 4 years of experience who are eager to develop their technical and practical abilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Normally less than 4 years
• Skill Level:
• • Excellent motor and listening skills
  • Ability to climb an 8 ft. ladder to the highest safe height and work hands-free
  • Proficiency in basic tool use (e.g., cordless drills, screw chucks)
  • Capability to join pipes, measure accurately, and install screws
  • Understanding of hand signals for cranes
  • Ability to identify split system components
  • Demonstrated ability to build condensate traps and install drains (PVC), flex to collars, and smoke detectors
• Requirements:
• • Valid driver’s license
  • Neat and professional appearance (uniforms provided per company standards)
  • Punctuality, exceptional attendance, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to read and write at a high school level
  • Starter tool set (including higher-end tools)
  • Powder Gun Certification
  • AWP (Aerial Work Platforms) Certification
