Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of B2B outside sales, 5+ years in new business development, and a hunter approach selling to senior facility leaders and end users.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years B2B outside sales experience selling service contracts or agreements.
• Minimum 5 years new business development experience.
• Selling to end users – CEOs, Directors, building owners.
• Must be a hunter, not account management; generate your own leads.
• Experience with complex, longer sales cycles (months to a year+).
• Selling annual and multi-year service/maintenance agreements to commercial/industrial facilities.
• Experience selling services, not just projects.
• Need to be polished, professional, driven and tenacious.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, cold calls, to first appointments, presentations, objections handling, proposals, and closing.
• Sell annual and multi-year service and maintenance agreements to commercial and industrial facilities.
• Develop territories and build relationships with C-level and facility decision makers.
