Job summary

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining and repairing residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and cooling systems. You will inspect, document findings, and communicate recommendations to clients with accurate paperwork and scheduling.

A driver’s license and EPA certification are required, and training is provided. The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Must be able to use a computer tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential and/or commercial customers.
• Communicates findings and recommendations to the client in a written option sheet.
• Completes required documentation on services and handles fees with the office administration.
• Transports materials and tools to the job site and keeps the truck stocked and accurately inventoried.
• Inform a manager if the customer does not have HVAC service before leaving the call.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
