Job summary

Quality Employment Service, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial systems.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC schooling or equivalent training, at least 2 years of hands-on experience, and EPA certification. You will troubleshoot, service various units, install thermostats, perform routine maintenance, and communicate clearly with customers while ensuring safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience required.
• HVAC school or equivalent on-the-job training.
• EPA certification required.
• Familiarity with ductwork, AC units, furnaces, thermostats, and ventilation systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems.
• Service and repair various makes and models of air conditioning units and furnaces.
• Install, repair, and service thermostats and ventilation systems.
• Work with and troubleshoot ductwork.
• Identify and replace faulty components.
• Perform routine HVAC maintenance.
• Provide customers with appropriate maintenance recommendations.
• Complete paperwork, service documentation, and invoices accurately and on time.
• Follow applicable safety procedures, codes, and regulations.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
