Job summary

P.E.A.C.H. Teams is seeking a Maintenance HVAC Technician to perform routine maintenance, inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems, and install replacement parts.

The role includes maintaining inventory, complying with safety standards, and performing related duties as assigned. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, vocational training or apprenticeship, and about two years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Vocational/technical school training or apprenticeship required.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read operation and repair manuals for HVAC systems.
• Ability to use power and hand tools.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure proper operation.
• Inspects and troubleshoots problems with existing HVAC units.
• Installs replacement parts on existing HVAC units.
• Maintains inventory of replacement parts and orders replacements.
• Complies with company and industry safety standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
