Job summary

HomeServe USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and install minor/routine parts on HVAC equipment, under general supervision. Install HVAC equipment and other appliances as needed. Maintain truck stock and follow billing procedures, while delivering strong customer service on every call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC certification and/or training from an accredited technical school are desirable or
• EPA certification required with a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in HVAC or appliance service work, or
• Completion of an accredited HVAC technical school.

• Maintain good housekeeping, including maintenance of tools and equipment, and maintain required truck stock.

Job description

Under general supervision, performs preventive maintenance and installs minor/routine parts on all types of HVAC equipment. Install HVAC equipment and other appliances as needed. Completes preventive maintenance, including cleans. At the sole discretion of the Company, Maintenance Technicians may be assigned the work of an assistant as a developmental and/or training opportunity.
