Job summary

Parker & Sons is seeking qualified HVAC Service Technicians to service residential and commercial systems. You’ll focus on service, repairs, diagnostics, replacements, and maintenance, with on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to earn top pay in a busy, year‑round schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC experience in installs, maintenance and or service.
• Type I/II EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license; background check and drug screening.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Service Titan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspects current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
• Diagnoses HVAC, refrigeration and/or electrical systems through observation, testing and setup.
• Disassembles and reassembles equipment to perform troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Operates hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment for service work.
• Explains issues and timelines to customers; provides estimates and comms.
• Perform routine maintenance and filter changes per customer agreement.
• Maintain inventory and keep service vehicle stocked.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
